Global Rules
Moderator decisions are final. Ultimately, moderator has complete discretion over what is and is not acceptable on the site.Public discussions of moderator decisions are not permitted on the site. If you have any concerns or queries relating to a moderator decision, please take it up in private with a member of the site administration team.
Mutual respect, professionalism and fair play are expected.
Site users are expected to treat each other with courtesy, whether posting publicly or making direct contact, and are advised to act under the assumption of good faith. Harassment of, or attacks on, individuals or groups, of any form, as well as discouragement of another's use of the site, will not be tolerated.
Advertisements are prohibited. Paid advertising will be available from www.mycity.co.in in designated areas of the site. Unauthorized solicitation, sent via the forums, profile messages or elsewhere, is not allowed. Discussion of sites offering competing services is also prohibited, due to past abuse.
Misrepresentation and fraud are forbidden. It is possible to use information provided by you on www.mycity.co.in without disclosing your name. However, impersonating others, using assumed identities, or otherwise attempting to deceive others to any degree will not be tolerated.
One profile is allowed per person. Creating a new profile to bypass restrictions or gain advantages is prohibited. (However, it is acceptable to have one profile for yourself and another profile for your registered business.)
Prohibited Content:
No "Flaming". Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest.
No "Trolling". Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony. Don’t post meaningless Comment with the sole purpose of starting a dispute. This is applicable to any posting made to the site.
No "Spamming". Please do not double post or cross-post the same message. You will not mass-PM or mass-email multiple members of this site with the same message. You will not post for the sake of increasing your post count or "install" count.
No "Bumping" (Your posts/threads): Please do not repeatedly bump your posts to try and get attention. Most members of the site are not online 24 hours a day and so will not see your post the instant it is made. Do not bump a post within 24 hours, and not more than twice a week.
No "Bumping" (Other's posts/threads): Before replying to a post, take notice of the last post date. Try and avoid replying to posts more than 6 months old. If you have a similar question and cannot find the answer, create your own post.
No spreading of any copyrighted material is to take place on this site without the expressed permission of the copyright holder, which must be sent to moderator for verification. Any post will not be published on the site, unless approved by a member of Moderator.
Offensive language is not permitted. No Offensive Material, Please do not post messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, and/or otherwise violate of any local or international laws. This includes information provided in your registration profile. Moderator will ultimately decide if something is appropriate or not. Anything such thing will be deleted then & there. Please note that this site is meant to suitable for all ages.No Signing up with account names intended to impersonate another member.
Content that infringes upon any rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks)
Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene Content
Viruses or any other harmful computer software
false information or libel
Terrorism
Excessive profanity
Content that is invasive of privacy or impersonation of any person/entity
Hacking material/information.
Please inform moderator for any such content left visible on the site, for the corrective action.
Enforcement of the Site Rules:
Moderator may edit, trash, or restrict access to any Content/account/ or services as enforcement of the site rules. .
Moderator may ban your email address, username, IP Address or remove/change any Content on your account, without notice or compensation.
Moderator may not explain why your account/Content was deleted or edited. A person whose profile has been terminated will not be readmitted to www.mycity.co.in
You are responsible for your own actions, any member of the Moderator will not be able to help or defend you with the results.
